The Cleveland County Board of Commissioners on May 5 approved a consent docket that bundles a range of contracts and purchases across county departments for fiscal year 2026. Items approved included accounting services for the County Clerk not to exceed $25,000 and a Tyler Technologies services contract for $8,350.
The consent docket also covered recurring service renewals and smaller vendor contracts: a water-only renewal with Eureka Water Company, an OEC Fiber agreement for the communications tower at 13190 Cemetery Rd., Noble at $125 per month, and a $691.80 payment to Cooper Project Advisors for a Fairgrounds invoice. The board voted to approve the entire consent docket by motion of Jacob McHughes, seconded by Rusty Grissom; the motion carried.
