Council members noted prior experience with Chicago service and current high load factors on Denver flights; one council member said the average load factor on the Denver flights was 76%. After discussion and a motion to authorize the agreement, the council approved the authorization by roll call. Staff and council commented that restoring the Chicago flight supports local travel options and economic connections for Kearney residents.
