At the March 12 meeting, Morgan Smith presented MIP/DUI figures and Lauren Bolten presented the 2025 MIP/DUI dataset for the Task Force's review. Smith summarized recent enforcement activity: "Since last TF meeting there have been no DUIs issued by ADLC law enforcement. Two have been issued by MHP."
Trooper George Nassour moved to accept the report and Keith Lopez seconded; the minutes record the motion as passed. The report was entered into the Task Force record for continued monitoring of youth intoxication prevention and enforcement patterns.
