The financial report was accepted following a motion from Lauren Bolten and a second from Lacie Stone; the minutes record the motion as passed. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Stone, seconded by Bolten, which passed unanimously; Smith adjourned the meeting at 10:40 a.m.
