Commissioners authorize existing signers on 11 new M&T Bank accounts

County staff told the board they are opening 11 new bank accounts at M&T Bank and that two Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) accounts will not be opened because the projects are nearly finished.
"So there are 11 bank accounts that we are, opening at M and T Bank," staff said, noting signature cards had been received. The board moved to authorize the existing signers on those new accounts and approved the motion by unanimous voice vote.
Staff explained two CDBG accounts would not be established at this time because the related projects are nearly complete, and commissioners confirmed that any future changes to signers would require the three authorized commissioners to approve changes as required by county procedures.
