SWCD staff report Envirothon support, 20,000-tree design and pending reimbursement

Ryan Carlson discussed DNR tools, meetings with MPCA and the Woman Lake Association Board and said the district is "waiting for $17,000, money back from Leech Lake Ph 2." These items were presented as staff reports and no separate motions were required.
