The board approved renewal of the MN Soil Health Coalition standard membership for $25 and a two-year Grazing Lands membership for $35. The minutes record receipt and filing of the 2025 audit letter from Peterson LTD and approval of revised March minutes to correct a Cost Share number. The board approved a final payment for the ACM Girl Lake Outlet in the amount of $2,391.16 and approved payment to Woods and Stuff for tree planting from a CPL grant described as "42 trees instead of 40 for $13,920." Jennifer O'Neill, Kenneth LaPorte, Thomas Kuschel and Katy Botz are recorded as movers/seconders on the listed motions; all motions passed unanimously.
The board also approved a grant agreement for Leech Lake River WBIF Phase 4 (C26-0162) and authorized Dana Gutzmann to e-sign the agreement.
