Donna Parker of Northern Oklahoma Court Services presented the monthly community service report for April 2026. She reported: "total hours completed-541.9" and said there were 10 new community service clients, 34 regular clients who turned in hours, zero sanction community service hours, and seven offender completions.
Parker listed locations where clients provided assistance, including Ponca City Disc Golf (trash pickup), First Lutheran Church (cleaning and mowing), Blackwell Baseball Association (field preparation), Marlands Place (cleaning) and First Christian Church (cleaning). She said upcoming assignments include work at Grace Tabernacle, Otoe Missouri Tribe, NERA, Goodwill, and 5th Street Park.
