Chair Sarah Purdy reported on airport capital work and operational inquiries at the June 1 meeting, saying the 8‑bay T‑hangar and taxilane project is moving forward and that C&S is coordinating with contractor Chrisanntha to satisfy New York State MWBE requirements.
Purdy said there were no additional updates on other capital projects currently underway or closing out, and that project details are proceeding as anticipated. Committee members also discussed Skydive Keuka Lake; Purdy said the operator had answered county questions about operations, air traffic control and liability, and that the county is "now starting to work on a written agreement allowing the operations at the airport." The committee received the report as information and will monitor agreement development.
