County approves dozens of District Support Grants to local improvement districts

The Campbell County Board of Commissioners approved a set of District Support Grants from the county’s Optional One Percent Sales Tax fund during its April 1 meeting. The largest award was $75,000 to the Central Campbell County Improvement & Service District for street improvements.
Other grants included $6,434 to Los Caballos ISD for road blading, crushed concrete and mag chloride; $7,354.04 to Overbrook ISD; $5,402.40 to Rocky Point ISD; $2,062.50 to Rock Road ISD for pumphouse repairs (re-side, insulate and re-roof); and $4,000 to Rustic Hills ISD for road blading and limestone gravel. Each grant was moved and approved by recorded unanimous votes.
