Boundary adjustment at Grand Targhee Resort approved by commission

Principal Planner Hamilton Smith presented a boundary adjustment request (BDJ2025‑0006) submitted by GTR Real Estate I, LLC & Grand Targhee Resort, LLC and prepared by Jorgensen Engineering to adjust a shared boundary near 3300 East Alta Ski Hill Road within the Planned Resort zone.
After Planning Director findings and board questions, Commissioner Wes Gardner moved to approve BDJ2025‑0006 dated Nov. 21, 2025, to adjust lot lines between Lot 1 Common Area (Plat No. 1474) and the remainder of Tract 39 (Plat No. 1467) with no conditions. The motion was based on the findings in Section 8.5.5 and the standards of Section 8.2.13.C of the Teton County Land Development Regulations and the board made the finding pursuant to Wyoming Statute §34‑12‑108; the motion carried unanimously.
