Deputy County Clerk Shelley Fairbanks presented an application for one Bar & Grill liquor license in Teton County for Tailwind JAC, LLC. County Clerk Maureen Murphy and County and Prosecuting Attorney Richard Stout provided comment and Fairbanks answered a board question.
Commissioner Natalia Macker moved and Commissioner Len Carlman seconded the motion to issue the license for the term April 1, 2026 through January 6, 2027. Chair Mark Newcomb called the vote; “the vote showed all in favor and the motion carried.” The license will be issued according to county licensing procedures and effective for the stated term.
