A construction change order for the Pronghorn Industrial sanitary sewer lift station with Halme, Inc. increased county-funded materials costs by $24,643.09 with no change to contract time.
The board approved voucher payments across dozens of vendors, with notable single amounts including Avfuel Corporation ($76,943.26), CC Public Land Board ($354,381.27), Lowe Roofing ($162,802.95) and Tyler Technologies ($100,340.58). Commissioner Scott Clem moved and Commissioner Jim Ford seconded approval of the vouchers; the motion passed unanimously.
Meeting minutes, position vacancy justifications and miscellaneous grants and closeout reports (including a State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds closeout period) were also included in the consent actions recorded in the minutes.
