The Huachuca City Town Council's Jan. 29 work session included formal motions to open two discussion items and a unanimous adjournment.
Mayor Johann R. Wallace moved, and Councilmember Christy Hirshberg seconded, to open agenda item B.1 (discussion of tiny homes and ADUs). The same mover and seconder opened agenda item B.2 (mixed-use zoning for business property). Later in the meeting, Mayor Wallace moved to adjourn; Councilmember Hirshberg seconded and the motion to adjourn passed unanimously.
No recorded votes were taken on ordinances or zoning changes; the meeting minutes show the council opened both items for discussion and directed staff to return with further analysis.
