Dutch Brothers Holcomb Bridge item returns to council in September amid landlord negotiations

Director Song said the Dutch Brothers site off Holcomb Bridge is scheduled to return to City Council in September as negotiations continue between the coffee chain and the property landlord. "Dutch Brothers off of Holcomb Bridal, that is going back to council in September," he said.
Staff said the delay stems from contractual negotiations; Director Song added that Dutch Brothers appears to be recruiting for a Johns Creek location even though the lease/approval process remains incomplete. "They're already, you know, advertising to hire for the Johns Creek location that doesn't exist today," he said.
