The Wagoner County Board took several land-use actions May 11. The board approved Resolution 2026-064, an appeal of a zoning map amendment request (ZNE-21-2026) for property owned by Daniel Williams at 13291 S. 353rd E. Ave., Coweta, OK. The motion to approve the appeal was moved by Commissioner Randy Stamps and seconded by Commissioner James Hanning and recorded as passing unanimously.
Separately, the board approved Resolution 2026-065, the Final Plat of Flint Hills Phase II in District 1 (5889 S. 250th East Ave., Broken Arrow); the motion was moved by Commissioner Hanning and seconded by Commissioner Kelley and passed unanimously. In old business, the board tabled Resolution 2026-060, ZNE-15-2026 (Michael Field) at 7157 N. 50th St. W., Porter, OK, leaving that amendment for future consideration.
