Commissioners approve series of courthouse and emergency facilities security upgrades

Technology for $1,304.38 (Courthouse Renovation Account); additional measures for the jail booking-to-courtroom door using VIP Technology Solutions for $7,166.77 (Sheriff’s Courthouse Security Account); and installation of one four-way and one two-way Axis camera at hallway intersections in the North Annex from VIP Technology Solutions Group for $3,613.08 (Sheriff’s Courthouse Security Account).
All motions were recorded as passing with unanimous votes. The minutes record contract vendors and payment accounts but do not include installation timelines or warranty/maintenance terms.
