Commission adopts MDOT performance resolution to permit Flock cameras in MDOT right-of-way (6–1)

Central Dispatch and the Sheriff’s Office presented the request; minutes note the technology is intended to “keep roads and highways safe, enhance investigative capability, and support life-saving efforts.” The roll call vote recorded six ayes and one nay (Commissioner John Andrews).
Commissioners did not record any additional constraints or conditions in the minutes; the motion implements the MDOT requirement to permit installation of the previously authorized camera equipment in MDOT-controlled right-of-way.
