PC Chair Jeff Breckel announced to the Planning Commission that he had been appointed to the Stevenson City Council and that "the PC meeting tonight would be his last." Commissioners were advised an election of officers and appointment of a new Planning Commission member may need to take place.
Mayor Taylor was later introduced and outlined the timeline and application process for filling the Planning Commission vacancy, inviting feedback and consultation on long-range planning needs.
