Public works staff to seek trailer quotes during weekly Tulsa runs; supervisor involvement requested

At the May 7 meeting, operations staffer Joey Hatfield told the board he takes water samples to Tulsa about once a week and would like to obtain quotes for a replacement trailer while on those trips. Chairman Steve Dickey responded that Hatfield should speak with Supervisor Jackie Todd before moving forward on quotes and said the Authority may be able to purchase a trailer from State Surplus. The board did not vote on trailer procurement; the minutes record the advisory direction to consult the supervisor.
