The motion carried unanimously with Ryan Moore, Steve Dickey, Norma Meyer, Kevin Walker and Lucas Beaty voting yes.
After the minutes were approved, Mayor Dickey moved to adjourn; Norma Meyer seconded. The meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m. The minutes were signed by Mayor Steve Dickey and Town Clerk Shirley Herring, per the official record.
