Porter keeps REAP transportation grant despite bids coming in $11,512 under estimate

Keeping the grant as-is means the town will not be required to pay the $30,000 local allocation that had been included in the original grant package, but the $11,512 surplus will be returned to the Indian Nations Council of Governments (INCOG). Board members did not direct staff to pursue a change order. The item was recorded as a formal motion and vote in the minutes.
