"The 1st phase of the project will be the bottom square that you see... So it'd be 12,500 square feet," Wood said.
Wood also described vehicular circulation and parking adjustments driven by slope and site geometry, including two driveways to improve ingress and egress, and noted a future playground and courtyard in the design. He said he has been in contact with at least one HOA member from an adjoining neighborhood and described those conversations as constructive: "we're having good dialogue with them."
