Pratt County prepares Neighborhood Revitalization Program submission; one resolution left before Attorney General review

Heather Morgan, representing PAEDC, told the Board that the housing incentive grant application process is pending final approval of the county’s Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP). Morgan said the county is waiting on one remaining resolution before the NRP package is complete.
County Counselor Tyson Eisenhauer confirmed that once the final resolution is received the complete NRP package will be mailed to the Kansas Attorney General’s Office for review; under the process described in the meeting the Attorney General has up to 90 days to review the submission and if no action is taken the program is automatically approved. The Commission did not take further action at the meeting pending receipt of the resolution.
