EDA director reports confidential projects, new hire and pump track plan

Nina Fox told the EDA that she is currently working on three economic development projects but said she could not disclose details at this time. She told members she will present a quarterly update to the Page County Board of Supervisors at the board’s regular meeting in May.
Fox also announced the addition of Madalyn Spittler as an office services specialist in the economic development and tourism office. She highlighted upcoming events organized by the Page County VA250 Committee and said the county has allocated restricted transient occupancy tax revenue for construction of a pump track at Shenandoah’s Big Gem Park.
