EDA names housing subcommittee as Hill Studio finalizes market study

Nina Fox told the EDA that Hill Studio is continuing evaluation for the county’s grant-funded local market study and feasibility study; team members submitted a preliminary design and a final report is expected in May or early June. The study is part of the county’s effort to assess housing market conditions and potential development opportunities.
Chairwoman Missie Deibert appointed Page County Planning Director Josh Hahn, Page County Planning Commissioner Sandra Davis (District 4) and Page and Warren County Coordinator for the Alliance for the Shenandoah Valley Chris Anderson to the housing subcommittee. Fox recommended also appointing a representative from Habitat for Humanity to ensure nonprofit housing needs are represented in subcommittee discussions.
