Supervisor Jeff Vaughan seconded the motion; the vote was 6-0 in favor. The Board will receive periodic status updates from Supervisor Kile as the subcommittee develops the event plan and timeline.
The action was recorded as a formal motion and vote during the work session. No funding or specific event vendors were approved at the May 4 meeting; the motion created the subcommittee only and directs future reporting to the Board.
