Gooding County commissioners completed several administrative approvals at the July 6 meeting, authorizing contract signatures and approving the county audit engagement for FY2026.
On a motion by Commissioner Vern Eames, seconded by Commissioner Ron Buhler, the board authorized Commissioner Mark E. Bolduc to sign the Enterprise Fleet Vehicle Sales Agreement. The board also finished signing an outstanding Harris/Computer Arts agreement where signatures had been missing previously. Separately, the board approved an engagement letter with Price, Dayley & Associates for the FY2026 audit with an agreed fee of $46,500; that motion was moved by Eames, seconded by Buhler, and recorded as carried.
All contract approvals were recorded as procedural motions in the minutes; no substantive debate or amendments to the agreements were documented. The actions clear the county to proceed with finalizing the vendor relationships and to engage the external auditors at the approved fee.
