Chair Bill Holgate asked the Committee whether several resolutions should proceed to the full Yates County Legislature. Items discussed and cleared to advance without recorded objection included 2026 budget transfers, a resolution to establish an Opioid Settlement Reserve Fund, an amendment to Resolution No. 98-15 to adopt an electronic banking policy, and two appropriations for Social Services.
The Committee made edits during discussion but recorded no formal roll-call vote on forwarding the items; minutes state there were "no official objections." These items will be included in the Legislature packet for consideration.
