Planning update: board vacancies, Keuka Housing Council leadership change and septic grant eligibility

Ayers said Peter Vasquez has left the Keuka Housing Council and that Renee Bloom will serve as interim executive while the council searches for a new executive director. On grant matters, Ayers said the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation septic-system replacement grant is still pending acceptance; the next funding round will permit certain hybrid or anaerobic systems and will reimburse up to around $25,000, with specific brand and model eligibility and new guidance forthcoming.
