The Cayuga County Legislature’s Health & Human Services Committee voted to authorize contracting with professional engineers to assist with septic system and public water system approvals and to carry out several Health Department budget actions.
The committee passed resolution 2-26-HH-1 to allow the Chair of the Legislature and the Public Health Director to enter contracts with professional engineers. It also approved 2-26-HH-4, authorizing a budget modification in the WIC program, and 2-26-HH-5, permitting the Public Health Director to accept $23,084 from New York State for participation in the Article 6 State Aid Year 13 Performance Incentive Program. The motions were moved and seconded on the record (motion by Daly, second by Vitale) and recorded as "all in favor."
