Staff committed to refine the table and work with Commissioner Ken Johnson on revised penalty language. "Staff will work with Ken Johnson on new language to consider," a staff member said. The Commission did not take a final vote on changes but directed staff to return with recommendations that better align penalty scales with enforceability and use-categories.
