Richey said the proposal might be updated following a department head meeting scheduled for June 4, 2026; if revised, the update would be emailed to the committee before submission. The motion to forward the budget was moved and seconded (Ewing–Johns) and the record notes 'Motion Carried' without a recorded roll-call tally.
