"So our big goal would be 35, but if we even could get it down to 40, we'd be happy," Long said. The presentation noted a corridor population of about 2,200 and an unemployment rate reported around 6.9%; Long emphasized that public participation exercises (including a 'CRA bucks' budgeting game) guided priority projects.
