Outreach enrollment at 106 (FTE 101); new CTE course added, district pauses out-of-district IEP intake

Kristi Krieg, the district's MTSS and Outreach director, reported Outreach enrollment at a head count of 106 with an FTE of 101 and said she will split her time between Outreach (Wednesdays and Thursdays) and the district office. Krieg said the district has added a CTE (Career, Technical and Education) program for Outreach; teacher Cicely Amato will teach a class titled Career, Community and Family Connection.
Krieg also reported that Special Education is seeing many newly enrolled students with individualized education programs (IEPs), and that because of capacity the district has stopped accepting out-of-district students who have IEPs. The minutes record the enrollment and staffing approach but do not provide additional scheduling or budgetary details.
