The Penn Home & Farm Plan of Lots 2 was accepted as complete at the March 4 meeting with Wes Nicholson (McMillen Engineering) and property owner Tom Spears present. The Commission recommended that lot language be changed from 'To be Vacated and Conveyed' to 'Vacated and Conveyed' with the appropriate instrument numbers, that front and side yard building setbacks be shown consistent with any modification granted by the Supervisors, that all sewers and water mains be labeled as public utilities on the plan, and that the Township certification and signature nomenclature be updated per drafting requirements.
Commissioners also noted a driveway permit will be required for access onto Mark Drive, asked that a Non‑Building Waiver form be completed where applicable, and requested a revision number and date be added to the plan. Motions to accept the application and to provide informal modification recommendations passed unanimously.
