Supervisors granted seven exemptions for Demary lot revision; planning commission adds conditions

The Commission reviewed actions taken by the Board of Supervisors on February 18, 2026, which granted seven exemptions for the Jeffrey L. Demary Lot Line Revision plan, including exemptions for lot size and setback requirements and authorizing a new 40‑foot private right‑of‑way. Commissioner Connie Mattei noted the commission had not received a revised plan but the Supervisors approved the requested exemptions. The Planning Commission then listed a set of recommended conditions and drafting corrections to be added to the recorded plan.
Those conditions include showing instrument numbers for all properties on the plan, displaying existing and proposed lot areas within lot boundaries, labeling a proposed 40' right‑of‑way with courses and distances, indicating the location of any holding tank relative to the Route 119 setback, labeling public water lines, including required highway occupancy language where applicable, and requiring an SEO inspection of the holding tank prior to final recording.
