Tresco consolidation requires deed transfer of Plant Road and recorded easement before approval

Solicitor Ryan Thomas told the applicant that recording the easement is a mandatory condition of any approval.
Commissioners also asked that the plan label the 46.5' Storey/Story Road dimension as right‑of‑way, clarify whether the water vault on Story Road is public or private and label water lines accordingly, and include required signature nomenclature and a revision number/date. The commission voted to recommend additional changes and to withhold final recommendation until the requested deeds and recorded easement are provided.
