Dunlap lot-line revision pulled and tabled after applicant declines review

Donna Dunlap attended the Jan. 7 meeting with her brother Tim Jobe to present a Dunlap & Dunlap lot-line revision involving tax parcels 57-19-00-0-022 and 57-19-00-0-096. After discussion of procedural requirements, Ms. Dunlap elected not to proceed with the review at the meeting and asked to pull the application; the Commission accepted the application as complete and then voted to table consideration of the plan.
Township Solicitor Ryan Thomas explained the presence of DEP "non-buildable" waiver language on such plans as a standard procedural requirement tied to the township's standard operating procedures and the need to document whether the lot is capable of on-lot sewage. Township Engineer Doug Regola noted that if on-lot sewage testing demonstrates suitability, the lot could be designated buildable; otherwise the non-buildable notation is appropriate. The applicant was told withdrawal would require reapplication and payment of fees if she later seeks review. The tabling motion passed unanimously.
