Auditors appoint Matt Rebitch chair, Kelly Otto secretary at Salem Township re-organization

The Salem Township Board of Auditors unanimously appointed Matt Rebitch as chair and Kelly Otto as secretary during its Jan. 6 re-organization meeting. The motions to appoint Rebitch and Otto were made and seconded by fellow auditors and each passed with Rebitch, Leitza and Cornell voting in favor.
The board also set a follow-up auditors meeting for Jan. 21, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. specifically "for the purpose of approving the Auditors Meeting Minutes of January 6th, 2026 and approving Resolution 1-2026," the board said in a motion that passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
