The Board authorized Home Written Agreements using HOME funds made available through the Community Impact and Preservation Grant for two private-owner rehabilitation projects. The agreements cover 2140 S. Mud Creek Road in Oak Harbor for Evelyn Lattimore and 232 E. 6th Street in Port Clinton for Desere Silverwood.
