County recognizes three employees for 30 years of service

Randy Webster (assistant county administrator, introduced at the meeting) presented honors for Wanda Campbell (detention center finance/office manager), Detective Jeffrey Todd (Horry County Police Department, Bloodhound handler) and Judge Aaron Butler (magistrate). Wanda Campbell and Judge Butler each spoke briefly to thank colleagues and the county for support over long tenures; Detective Todd was recognized for his dog‑handling and law enforcement work.
Council members and colleagues praised the honorees' service, and the meeting included brief remarks from each recipient and from other council members who have worked with them.
