Because the property lies in the Town's Lakeshore Environmental Protection Overlay District and Steep Slope Environmental Protection Overlay District, the committee recommended approval without change but attached three reminders: secure Cayuga County Health Department approvals for the septic system and well; recognize that the property is subject to Owasco Lake Watershed rules and may be inspected during and after construction; and obtain a driveway permit from the Cayuga County Highway Department because Rockefeller Road is a county highway. The minutes state that "inspectors from that program will visit and monitor the site during and after construction as necessary."
