State offers $1 million in one-time aid; county says gap remains

DDS staff told commissioners the DODD offer is helpful but insufficient. They said an additional $500,000 annually in Human Services Levy (HSL) funding would be required as a match to make the DODD funds usable, and that even with the offered assistance the agency still faces a multi-million-dollar gap that could force reductions to programs and services.
