Robert Nichols, who made the motion, said he believed the district staff would operate the equipment; Jeff Parker (District Manager) confirmed that Soil & Water employees will run the system. Parker introduced Senior Technician Josh Meacham, who described improved accuracy and time savings compared with the older system.
