County begins District 3 eight‑year agricultural district review; opt‑out and solar use discussed

Chair Fitzpatrick asked whether a landowner in the district could install solar panels if they remain in the district. Myers Shearing stated they can install solar while staying in the agricultural district. The committee approved a motion to commence the review by voice vote (4‑0).
