Council approves Nov. 13 minutes and moves 2026 meetings to 6 p.m.

President Dennis Illum called the Marriott-Slaterville City Council to order at 6:29 p.m. and the council moved quickly through procedural business. Council Member Brad Slater moved to approve the minutes from Nov. 13, 2025, a motion seconded by Rob Smout; the motion "passed unanimously." The meeting then turned to the 2026 meeting calendar.
President Dennis Illum reviewed the schedule and staff confirmed the dates would remain the same. Council Member Rob Smout moved to approve the 2026 Meeting Schedule and to move regular meetings to 6:00 p.m. beginning next year; Vice President Erin Holley seconded and the council voted unanimously to adopt the change. The approved time change will take effect at the start of the 2026 meeting cycle.
