"Total funding for 2026 is approximately $21.76 million, including about $18.36 million in HUD CoC funding," the presentation stated.
Staff explained that the majority of HUD CoC funding is directed to permanent supportive housing projects and that FY26 NOFO changes will affect future allocation strategies. The packet provided to commissioners included HUD FY24 and FY25 allocations for Dayton, Kettering and the Montgomery County CoC (OH-505) projects; no spending votes were taken at the meeting.
