Commissioners approve $1,500 grant for Minneapolis High School After Prom

The motion to award $1,500 was made by Commissioner Scott Mortimer, seconded by Commissioner Duane Morris, and passed 3-0. The minutes record the program’s mission as reducing the risk of alcohol- and drug-related incidents through a community safety partnership.
The commission did not attach additional stipulations to the grant. The award was recorded as a formal motion and entered into the minutes.
