Commissioners approve routine business, back Land Reutilization Corporation brownfield support and technology contract

The board also approved purchase order and travel request procedures (Resolution 2026‑338) and moved several previously tabled airport items back onto the agenda for action. All actions were approved unanimously where votes were recorded.
Commissioner Short emphasized transparency around the EMS funding discussions later in the meeting: "We have tried to be completely open and transparent and go here is the money," he said while introducing the auditor’s report and funding history. The approvals give staff authority to execute the listed agreements and to proceed with administrative follow‑ups.
